“ZU” is the ancient name of the plot of land where the grapes fot this unique Bordolese cut wine are cultivated, in full respect of nature and with no added sulphites. ZU stems out of the heart of this land as an ancient sound. ZU is a chant that awakens man’s heart.

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense red-ruby colour. Fresh, still almost vinous bouquet, with hints of ripe black fruit, plum, blackberry, with some hints of bluberry and blackcurrant. Pleasant, frech, and acid mouthfeel, with tannins and blood tasting hints. Young wine.
Pairings: Delicate meat dishes; chicken livers with cognac; pasta with chicken liver and sage; boiled beef; aged cheese.
