2014 – TORRE FORNELLO AND CHEF BOTTURA IN NEW YORK

October 2014 – Nonnapaperina.it – Torre Fornello and Chef Massimo Bottura in New York

October 23th, 2014 – New York. Torre Fornello confirms its role of ambassador of Made in Italy in the world. The wines of the estate near Ziano Piacentino were chosen by the Chef Massimo Bottura, 3 star-Michelin Chef from the Osteria Francescana in Modena, to accompany his kitchen during the event for the presentation of his new book.

Two interesting wines of Torre Fornello were served: “Donna Luigia”, Malvasia Colli Piacentini Doc 2013 and “Diacono Gerardo 1028” Gutturnio Riserva Colli Piacentini Doc 2006, already appreciated by the American public. In them you can find all the perfumes of the Emilia land, enhanced by an innovative touch that distinguishes the creations of Enrico Sgorbati, owner of Torre Fornello.
