A perfect blend of the old and the modern.

The winery covers more than
1000 square metres and it is equipped with the latest technology,
such as pneumatic press for soft pressing; temperature-controlled
fermenting tanks for maceration with skins; centrifuge for the cleaning
of base juices; temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for wine
stocking; isobaric air pre-evacuation bottling line with wrapping
and packaging facilities. All winemaking operations are carried out
in an oxygen-free environment. Thanks to a nitrogen generator, wines
are made and stocked in the best possible conditions, without using
artificial additives or preservatives, in the interest of wine
and man's health.

Every single winemaking and
stocking stage follows the guidelines regulating organic products
and the result is eco-friendly, high-quality wines.
Our wines are made exclusively with grapes grown in the estate vineyards,
and it is thanks to the expert care and the creative talent of our
two professional winemakers, Mr Giuseppe Meglioli, in charge of pétillant
wine programme, and Mr Donato Lanati, in charge of table wine programme,
that we are able to offer products of great character and personality. |
