In the seventeenth-century cellar of the
manor-house there are 102 barriques made of French oak from Allier
and holding 225 litres each, for a total of 22,950 litres of wine.
The temperature and the humidity of the barriques are under constant
monitoring, depending on the winemaking and ageing stage, so that
the wines acquire elegance and personality without losing the main
characteristics of their original grape variety. |
